Mr. DeMayo has litigated a wide range of disputes since he began practicing law in 2000. He has represented clients at all levels of the Massachusetts court system, from the District Court and Superior Court, to the Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. He is also experienced in litigation in the federal courts and before arbitral bodies such as the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, and FINRA. His class action experience includes state and federal suits against insurance companies, transportation companies, and utilities. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Harvard Law School.
